To Feel As One Therapy
- Meet Elle
Welcome — I’m Elle.
I’m a MBACP registered Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, offering a range of therapeutic ways of working and tailored packages for women, girls, and young people (12+), including those who are autistic, ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent. My work is warm, relational, and grounded in creating a space where difference is recognised and supported.
I work with those who feel deeply, think a lot, and often struggle to feel fully understood - whether that shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or a long-standing sense of feeling “different” from others. I support individuals through key life transitions, including the movement from girlhood into adolescence, navigating school, friendships, identity, and belonging, as well as transitions into adulthood, relationships, and motherhood. These periods can bring uncertainty, pressure, and emotional intensity, particularly for neurodivergent individuals or those who have learned to mask or manage their needs.
Alongside my private practice, I work within Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in the NHS, providing CBT to children and young people. This experience informs my practice - grounding my work in evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible, creative, and attuned to each individual.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported enough to explore what’s going on beneath the surface - at your pace, in your own way.
Whether we work together through counselling, creative reflection, adapted CBT approaches, or structured therapeutic packages, my intention is to support you in developing emotional understanding, self-trust, and a stronger connection to yourself.

At Feel as One Therapy, I want to offer you a space of safety,
an invitation to be fully seen and heard, free from judgment
or expectation. Here, you can bring your flaws, imperfections,
struggles, and triumphs—each piece of you will be met
with acceptance and compassion.
Every part of your journey is valued.
This space is for you to explore, heal, and grow,
knowing that your emotions, your pain,
and your celebrations are all worthy of being honoured
and understood.

The focus is on getting to know you better and understanding
what’s bringing you to therapy.
I’ll ask a few questions to help me learn more about what you’re
going through and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you.
This session is meant to be a gentle introduction,
not in-depth therapy, giving you a chance to share
your main concerns, ask any questions,
and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
By the end, we’ll talk about the next steps, whether that’s scheduling
future sessions, or taking some time to decide whether it is for you.
It’s important to note that you can choose how you would like to
have a consultation whether that be a phone call, face-to-face,
video call or walk & talk.
