Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy

and physical sensations are all connected.

 

By changing what we do or how we think, we can also change

how we feel. CBT can help with many difficulties,

such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, phobias,

low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

 

The therapy helps identify unhelpful patterns in thinking

or behaviour that might be making things worse
